Drivers must be at least 24 years old with a valid driver's license. We may accept drivers aged 23 with additional requirements.
Our standard deposit is $100–$150 depending on the vehicle selected. The deposit is fully refundable upon return of the vehicle in good condition.
While our vehicles are commercially insured and renter insurance is not mandatory, we strongly recommend obtaining insurance coverage that extends to rental vehicles or securing appropriate coverage for the duration of your rental for added protection.
Clients are able to drive within an 80-mile radius. Please confirm your travel plans with our team for any questions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 2, 2026
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to rental payments and security deposits for vehicles rented from Anvit Axis Solutions LLC. By entering into a rental agreement with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Rental Payment Refunds
Rental payments are generally non-refundable, with specific conditions:
- Prior to Rental Commencement: A full refund of rental payments may be issued only if the vehicle has not yet been rented out and the cancellation request is received before the scheduled pickup time.
- After Rental Commencement: Once the renter has taken possession of the vehicle and it has been moved from its designated pickup location, the rental payment becomes non-refundable.
- Early Returns: If a renter decides to return the vehicle before the agreed-upon rental duration has expired, they may do so. However, the payment for the unused portion of the rental period is non-refundable.
2. Security Deposit Policy
Our security deposit policy is designed to protect both the renter and Anvit Axis Solutions LLC, ensuring vehicle availability and condition.
- Security Deposit Refundable: A $150 security deposit is required to secure your reservation. This full $150 security deposit will be returned to you at the end of the rental period, provided the vehicle is returned in good condition, free from new damages, and all terms and conditions of the rental agreement have been met.
- Security Deposit Non-Refundable (No-Show): The $150 security deposit is non-refundable if the renter fails to show up for the scheduled vehicle pickup. This is due to the costs incurred in preparing the vehicle for your reservation and the loss of potential rental income for that period.
3. How to Request a Cancellation or Discuss a Refund
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or by contacting us at 336-863-9184. Any eligibility for a refund will be assessed based on the terms outlined in this policy and your specific rental agreement.
4. Changes to This Policy
Anvit Axis Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website or providing direct notification to our renters.
